Rashford tempted by Real Maadid

MARCUS RASHFORD is ready to talk to Real Madrid if he fails to win a regular first-team place at Manchester United.

SunSport revealed on Tuesday how the Spaniards want Rashford and Spurs midfielder Christian Eriksen.
Madrid have now made contact with the England striker’s camp to let them know they are serious.

The Champions League holders have tracked Rash all season, most recently in England’s 2-1 win over Croatia on Sunday.

The local lad, 21, has never wanted to leave United, the club he has supported all his life.

But he is concerned he may not be progressing under boss Jose Mourinho, having started just five out of 12 Premier League games this term.
England chief Gareth Southgate has also told Rashford he needs to be starting regularly for his club to keep his Three Lions spot.

A United source said: “Marcus is United through and through but he’s a bit frustrated at Old Trafford.

“It has been a stop-start season for him.”

Contact has been made with Rashford’s people through an intermediary agency.

The player is valued at £50million but his contract runs out at the end of next season.

Meanwhile, right-back Diogo Dalot, 19, could make his Prem debut for United against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
